A Bedford homeowner may need chimney maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, or both. These are separate exhaust systems and separate services. Tell Don Johnson and the Prime Choice team which system needs attention and whether you have symptoms such as smoke, odors, or longer drying times.
Sweeping with a visual inspection is $169.99 + tax. Inspection-only service is $129.99 + tax. Dryer vent cleaning is $149.99 + tax. Confirm what the visit includes and discuss additional work before authorizing it.
Chimney cleaning with gas logs: $199.00 + 8.25% tax. Tell Prime Choice that gas logs are present so the correct cleaning service is discussed. Confirm the scope and applicable tax when booking.
For chimney work, provide the fireplace type and fuel. For dryer vent service, describe the duct exit location and access restrictions. Let the fireplace cool and clear the immediate work area before the confirmed appointment.
Bedford Service Questions
Bedford Service Questions
Does chimney sweeping include dryer vent cleaning?
No. Dryer vent cleaning is a separate $149.99 + tax service. Ask about arranging both during the same visit when you call.
My dryer takes longer to dry clothes. Is the vent definitely blocked?
Lint restriction is one possible cause, but appliance and duct issues can also affect drying. Discuss the symptoms; cleaning does not replace appliance repair.
Do gas logs change the chimney-service request?
Yes. Tell us the fuel and appliance type. Manufacturer instructions, venting requirements, and the condition of the fireplace determine what work is appropriate.
How do I request an appointment?
Call 817-694-1905 or email primechoicechimney@gmail.com with your Bedford address, the requested service, and a callback number. The phone accepts calls, not texts; the team confirms available appointments.
